Based on the latest information from the National Weather Service and Wilson County Emergency Management, which anticipates continued heavy rain and additional flooding, all students and staff will be in remote learning tomorrow - Fri., Nov. 13. Students should complete their classes and assignments from home. Staff members in our schools, departments and Central Office can work remotely from home or report to buildings if they feel it is safe to do so. Staff should contact their supervisor to make them aware of their plans for tomorrow. Please stay safe and heed all travel warnings.
Meals will be available for curbside pickup at our 23 traditional schools from 11:30 to 1:30. This includes all schools except Daniels Learning Center and the two early colleges, but those students can go to any other school for meal pickup. The meal includes a lunch and a snack for today. We commend our School Nutrition Department for making this possible and hope that all of our students and staff have a great day of remote learning!
